I love lifting, food, and animals. I've been vegan for 7 years and lifting for 3ish. I want all 5 feet of me to be as muscly and strong as possible. I post about fun gym stuff, vegan food and recipes, and way too many pictures of my dog, Basil. Woo Hoo Vegans!
Whew! I ordered a pair of shoes from mod cloth. They were the last pair available so the item info disappeared. A bit later I looked at the other colorway they have in that style and quickly saw the words leather lining.
I had a minor freak out moment and searched diligently for the info on the one I actually ordered. I couldn’t understand how I could miss the “L” word. That one is usually the first thing I see.
Thankfully I found the info and for the black and cream and they are all manmade. Ugh. That little freak out was too much for me.

heyy im currently vegetarian and was thinking of going vegan, i was just wondering if you could tell me some staple foods and stuff? or if you could recommend substitutes for dairy products and egss etc.. ?
Yay! There are tons of staples and so many meat and dairy analogs out there if you really want to do it you can. Here are some of my favorites:
