Kombucha update: I twisted the spigot from the outside and got it to stop leaking. Its day 3 and the tea is getting cloudy! The kombucha is happening!
I’ve had so much fun fermenting dosa batter I’ve decided to start making kombucha again. I bought a big glass jar with a spigot so I can do the continuous brew method but this morning I found it leaking under the spigot. Ugh. Should I wash my hand really well and reach in there to tighten it? It’s only day one and I don’t want to ruin it all but it also can’t slowly leak all over the place either.
